Post edited to correct date to April 27, because apparently I am already a day ahead of myself!
Its the last few days to give your feedback to the city on the Bloor Complete Streets consultation. Use this link for the survey and for more information …
While you are here let's create a list of major intersections in Etobicoke that need to be redesigned to be made safer for those on foot and those who are on two-wheels (sometimes three)!
Six Points intersection, I know it’s all new but what a missed opportunity! Crossing a road with 8 lanes of traffic is horrible. The no right turn on a red is something, if only it was enforced.
Burnhamthorpe from Mill road Kipling
Yes, that area is treated like a highway! It can be very scary to just cross over to the library at The East Mall!

Yes! Walking is so unsafe and speed along those new lanes is worse then ever! I would love to see some enforcement in that area.
Deadline is this Thursday (the 27th), not today. ;)
As for intersections, Dundas and Royal York is a real hot mess.
True, I apparently am getting ahead of myself! Thanks and I edited the original post!
That's a scary place to cross!
Also Burnhamthorpe at any intersection!
